n one day, London Walsh finds out her ex is going to be her boss and that her parents are getting a divorce—and they want her to referee the situation. So when she’s offered the chance to spend the holidays in her old hometown of Christmas Falls, far away from all the drama, she jumps on it.
But the quaint town doesn’t feel quite like the home it once was. London shed the goth image that defined her in high school long ago, but no one recognizes the woman she’s become.
Except for Andy Broll, London’s childhood next door neighbor. He recognizes her immediately, which sends London’s heart fluttering as she starts to see Andy in a whole different light. But when her time in Christmas Falls doesn’t go as planned, will London face it head on? Or will she find a reason to run?

London has had one purely crappy day, and the items on that pile just kept being added until the point where she saw the chance to get outta town and grabbed it. Yeah, maybe she was running away, again. But maybe this time she was running to something… or someone instead. Years ago she’d had a group of tight knit best friends, one special neighbor friend and Miss Anna Cate back in Christmas Falls. Her parents had moved them away and she lost touch, or didn’t try to keep in touch… until Miss Anna Cate’s letter arrived. It was time to go back home and face the past. She was scared, but going back was less scary than staying put.
Back in the day London had perfected her own version of the “goth” look. Those days were far behind her now, so maybe she shouldn’t have been quite so surprised that no one recognized her in her old home town. Except Miss Anna Cate – and Andy, her best friend, her neighbor, the keeper of secrets and more. During her visit London will have to face some old truths that aren’t very pleasant at all. She’ll discover that friendship, true friendship never really dies …and that love can grow in unexpected places if given enough care.
I think all of us have a little bit of London in us. Oh, those teenage high school years where anyone who is the slightest bit different is in for one intense, perhaps misunderstood time It was heartwarming to watch as London slowly, finally reached her “aha” moment. Once your eyes are truly opened it’s so easy to see a lot of truths all around you. Watching London take that risk was worth all the painful, years long moments leading up to it.
I enjoyed Once Again in Christmas Falls very much. Andy and London are a slowly growing flame of understanding, of possibilities, and of never giving up on your dream of that one special person. I would recommend this story and the entire series to any Romance reader who loves to fall into the story.
