The bustle in the long abandoned hotel attracts the attention of human ghosthunters out to prove the place haunted, but the bigger problem is keeping them from discovering the werewolves in Silver Town. CJ and Laurel have to pull the wool over everyone’s eyes. Working together is a surprisingly hot holiday treat for two attractive and clever wolf shifters.
Titles in the Silver Town Wolf series include: Destiny of the Wolf – Wolf Fever – Dreaming of the Wolf – Silence of the Wolf – A Silver Wolf Christmas – Alpha Wolf Need Not Apply

There are new she-wolves in Silver Town – and the male shifter population is sitting up and taking notice. Yet the MacTire sisters are in town with one purpose – find out what really happened to their aunt. By buying and renovating the old hotel where it’s said a ghost haunts they’ve taken the first step because some say that ghost is their aunt, and these ladies want answers.
Unfortunately the allure of ghosts not only bring the sisters to town, but ghosthunters as well. Humans who may be looking for spirits or something else. But the last thing the shifters of Silver Town need is for those human ghosthunters to discover what really lives in this town… and the residents have nothing to do with hauntings.
Laurel and C. J. spend a lot of time together investigating the haunting, sidestepping ghosthunters and discovering that two sexy wolf shifters have more than an old mystery to draw them together.
I adore Terry Spear’s shifter novels. However, I’ve not reviewed any for some odd reason – and there is an entire shelf over there in my bookcase full of this series… hmm. A project for 2016 it seems.
A Silver Wolf Christmas takes us back to the original pack’s territory. Hey, I love a man or a wolf in a kilt, but it’s good to go back sometimes. 🙂 Laurel and C. J. simply heat up the pages merely by appearing on them. This couple is hot, for each other and together. But while the romance is steaming they also have a mystery to solve. An intriguing history to learn about and pesky human ghostbusters to distract.
If you haven’t gotten caught up in the Heart of the Wolf series yet, no worries. Any of the books in this series could be read out of order, Ms Spear always makes a point to weave some history of the series into the current story. Of course, if you read them in order you’re going to get a better overall view of the dynamics of the pack and it’s members – but should you pick up a story when you’re still new to the series, you will not be lost. And that is a sign of a really good author’s planning and imagination, in my opinion.
Spend some time with the shifters of Silver Town this Christmas. You’ll find a fascinating story line, engaging and sexy characters as well as a well built world where these people live, love and exist so naturally. Since I love the series I may be a tad biased – but I believe that should you love Paranormal Romance and you haven’t picked up this series yet then A Silver Wolf Christmas would be a great present you give to yourself this year. I’m betting that if you try one you’ll be searching for the rest of the series real soon. I’d highly recommend this Christmas novel full of shifters, mystery and romance.
